Free knowledge with experience

With the economy in such a state of free fall, anything that costs the corporate budget currently falls in the category of attractive nuisance for many managers. The typical mindsets around increasing the shared knowledge of employees recognize the need and emphasize that it’s an investment without a short-term return.

A little help for our friends

It’s our job to help  . . .  For those of us who have work, this is a time to give back. I’m a session leader on Saturday for the LaidOffCamp which is taking place here in New York City. It’s an inexpensive (or free) event that will offer real help to the unemployed. Please spread the word!
